Fulfillment Policy – Cakir Academy
 

At Cakir Academy, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality online tutoring services in a timely and professional manner. The following outlines our fulfillment policy, including scheduling, cancellations, and communication:

Service Delivery

All tutoring sessions are conducted online and scheduled in advance. Each session is led by a qualified tutor and personalized to meet the academic needs of the student.

Refund Policy

Cakir Academy does not offer refunds for tutoring services or prepaid tutoring balances.

Any unused funds remaining on a family's account will remain as a credit on the account and may be applied toward future tutoring sessions. Account credits do not expire and may be used whenever the family is ready to resume tutoring.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a tutoring session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

Exceptions

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be granted in cases of family emergencies or illness, at the discretion of Cakir Academy. Please notify us as soon as possible in such cases.
